house fire SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus Counties restores your home after fire damage "Like it never even happened."

SERVPRO is Here to Restore Your Home after Fire Damage

Fires come in many sizes, just as homes range from small to extravagantly large. Large homes might have the luxury of spaciousness, but that can also cause homeowners to have a more difficult time detecting problems early. Fire is one such problem.

When a home in Ocean Isle Beach burns, homeowners often worry about the amount of fire damage their home suffers. However, the smoke and particles in soot pose just as much of a hazard to residents. These particles can carry carcinogens and irritants that make breathing difficult. SERVPRO removes all the damage, making your home, no matter how large or small, “Like it never even happened,” again, ready for your family to live in comfortable and familiar surroundings once more.

Removing charred building materials that once made up your home's interior can make your home seem bare, but it is part of the process we implement to prepare for new materials. Smoke-free, these materials pose no risk to your family's health.

Fire damage can impact any area of your home, from floors to ceiling, and we do our best to match new sections to undamaged areas. We know that continuity in your home, from one area of a wall to the next, is one of those small aspects that mean a great deal aesthetically. We want a clean, polished look for your home, just as we know your family appreciated before the fire.

Cleaning up the contents of your home is a job we perform by hand. Some items, such as knick-knack collections, clean up well on-site, in large tubs that we bring specifically for that purpose. Our team gathers together and transports other items, including large draperies and window blinds, for cleaning at our facility. Once completed, all steps, from the restoration of your home to cleaning and removal of soot and grime of your personal belongings and household furnishings, bring together your house, fully restored and waiting for your return home.

SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus Counties can be reached at (910) 755-6717. We know a fire can cause severe damage to your home, and we can help undo the damage. When working with homeowners experiencing fire damage, we understand there are many questions, but we have the answers and the experience to help get your family through this traumatic event in their lives.

Mitigating Water Damage in Leland Homes

3/10/2022 (Permalink)

Mold Growth After your property suffers water damage, call SERVPRO quickly to try and prevent mold from setting in. Fast action gives you better results.

Our Technicians are Quick to the Scene of a Water Damage Emergency

Wherever water ends up in locations that should normally be off-limits to the liquid, serious damage can result. Materials such as drywall swell soon after contact with the water is allowed to continue, and denser materials, such as wood, can also become swollen if the length of time increases even more.

Homeowners know that there are many things that can cause problems for their homes but may not fully realize the extent of the Leland water damage in the event of a broken pipe or overflowing toilet. These situations call for much more than a quick mop-up of the area. Water spreads is drawn downward by gravity, and can also work its way upwards by using the absorbency of walls and drapes that touch the floor.

As water saturates an area, secondary water damages begin to happen. The entire vicinity can start to develop mold within 48 hours. Odors quickly develop, as well. Staining of walls, carpeting, and area rugs can soon become noticeable. Wallpaper can begin to peel because of the increased moisture in the air. The aesthetic effects are not pleasant. However, we at SERVPRO can help you and your family by restoring your home, so it is “Like it never even happened,” again.

Each and every aspect related to water damage is a crucial part of the entire restoration process. SERVPRO employees are trained extensively, earning them certificates from the IICRC. Combined with this detailed training is experience gained from large and small jobs. Our technicians know and understand the principles of restoration for each kind of disaster. Also, knowing how to use the tools and equipment needed to undo any and all damage, including extensive destruction, is required by many of the jobs we complete. We understand that your home is your castle, and we want to help you regain control of it again.

SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus Counties can help with water damage and other disasters, whenever they affect your home. Call us at (910) 755-6717, anytime, day or night, and any day of the week. We are always here for you.

Water Heater leak in Southport could lead to Mold

1/7/2022 (Permalink)

water heating leaking SERVPRO can help clean up the mess left by a leaking water heater.

If you do experience water damage in Southport from your water heater, try and remain calm and shut off the water feed line. Then, contact SERVPRO, our restoration company that specializes in water damage restoration and cleanup to deal with the mess left behind.

Since high temperature and late detection are problems with water heater floods, there are some dangers that it creates that exceeds normal flooding events. There are things to watch out for in case you are dealing with this.

The initial water bursting forth from the heater may be scalding hot, so do not rush in, especially if you see steam all over the area. You risk getting hot water burns otherwise. It is best to wait for a SERVPRO technician to arrive and take care of everything for you.

Another reason you should not rush into a flooded area is that the water could be contacting exposed wiring or power outlets. The water then carries a strong electric current, so do not take a risk in going into the water. Also, the situation creates a potential fire hazard, as the electrical system short and spark.

The water damage from a flood like this can damage wood, ruin carpeting, corrode metals and destroy expensive machinery and appliances. Mold spores can also be activated with enough moisture and organic materials to sustain them. Since mold growth is very likely in a case like this, our technicians at SERVPRO are also going to check for mold growth and hidden moisture with special moisture meters and can clean it up along with all the water. We do not leave until the area is thoroughly dried and sanitized.

SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus Counties arrives at your home in a timely fashion to avoid further damage. Therefore, we encourage you to call us right away when you discover the problem at (910) 755-6717.

Preparedness Basics

12/6/2021 (Permalink)

Storm prep ideas Having SERVPRO's number ready is an important step in Emergency Preparedness in Brunswick County

Below is some basic information and tips for protecting your Brunswick county home or business during Hurricane season. It is best to be knowledgeable, have a plan, and be prepared.

Hurricanes are massive storm systems that form over the water and move toward land. Threats from hurricanes include high winds, heavy rainfall, storm surge, coastal and inland flooding, rip currents, and tornadoes. These large storms are called typhoons in the North Pacific Ocean and cyclones in other parts of the world.

Each year, many parts of the United States experience heavy rains, strong winds, floods, and coastal storm surges from tropical storms and hurricanes. Affected areas include all Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico coastal areas and areas over 100 miles inland, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, parts of the Southwest, the Pacific Coast, and the U.S. territories in the Pacific. A significant per cent of fatalities occur outside of landfall counties with causes due to inland flooding.

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30, with the peak occurring between mid-August and late October.

Basic Preparedness Tips

  • Know where to go. If you are ordered to evacuate, know the local hurricane evacuation route(s) to take and have a plan for where you can stay. Contact your local emergency management agency for more information.
  • Put together a go-bag: disaster supply kit, including a flashlight, batteries, cash, first aid supplies, medications, and copies of your critical information if you need to evacuate
  • If you are not in an area that is advised to evacuate and you decide to stay in your home, plan for adequate supplies in case you lose power and water for several days and you are not able to leave due to flooding or blocked roads.
  • Make a family emergency plan.
  • Many communities have text or email alerting systems for emergency notifications. To find out what alerts are available in your area, search the Internet with your town, city, or county name and the word “alerts.”

Preparing Your Home

  • Hurricane winds can cause trees and branches to fall, so before hurricane season trim or remove damaged trees and limbs to keep you and your property safe.
  • Secure loose rain gutters and downspouts and clear any clogged areas or debris to prevent water damage to your property.
  • Reduce property damage by retrofitting to secure and reinforce the roof, windows and doors, including the garage doors.
  • Purchase a portable generator or install a generator for use during power outages. Remember to keep generators and other alternate power/heat sources outside, at least 20 feet away from windows and doors and protected from moisture; and NEVER try to power the house wiring by plugging a generator into a wall outlet.
  • Consider building a safe room or ICC 500 storm shelter designed for protection from high-winds and in locations above flooding levels.

Smoke and Soot Cleanup

11/17/2021 (Permalink)

Burnt out hallway in home A terrible fire wreaked havoc on this Southport home.

Smoke and soot is very invasive and can penetrate various cavities within your home, causing hidden damage and odor. Our smoke damage expertise and experience allows us to inspect and accurately assess the extent of the damage to develop a comprehensive plan of action.

Smoke and soot facts:

  • Hot smoke migrates to cooler areas and upper levels of a structure.
  • Smoke flows around plumbing systems, seeping through the holes used by pipes to go from floor to floor.
  • The type of smoke may greatly affect the restoration process.

Different Types of Smoke

There are two different types of smoke–wet and dry. As a result, there are different types of soot residue after a fire. Before restoration begins, SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus Counties will test the soot to determine which type of smoke damage occurred. The cleaning procedures will then be based on the information identified during pretesting. Here is some additional information:

Wet Smoke – Plastic and Rubber

  • Low heat, smoldering, pungent odor, sticky, smeary. Smoke webs are more difficult to clean.

Dry Smoke – Paper and Wood

  • Fast burning, high temperatures, heat rises therefore smoke rises.

Protein Fire Residue – Produced by evaporation of material rather than from a fire

  • Virtually invisible, discolors paints and varnishes, extreme pungent odor.

Mold Damage in Leland

11/15/2021 (Permalink)

Mold under wallpaper Mold remediation from SERVPRO will lead to a cleaner healthier living environment.

Mold is a problem that sneaks up on people and begins to destroy homes before many people are aware of it. Many times, they never see a colony until it has grown into the walls and cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars to remedy.

Before we begin an inspection or start wiping down walls, there are some questions one of our inspectors here at SERVPRO will ask you about your Leland area home, these answers can help us speed up the process to return your residence to its original state.

Have you had a prior mold infestation in your home? If you have, this will tell us exactly where to begin looking for the probable source of the new mold colony. If you have the report from the company you used last time, please have that available.

Have you had recent water damage? If you have, this has raised the surrounding moisture level in the air and possibly the building material. A high moisture level is required for mold spores to expand and begin growing. They are inert and harmless otherwise. Ask SERVPRO for advice.

Have you seen mold around your air vents or ducts? If there is any chance that mold has gotten into your air conditioner, the first thing our technicians will want to do is seal it off and flip the breaker switch to ensure spores are not accidentally spread throughout the structure.

Answering these questions helps our response team establish containment zones faster and prepare your home for mold remediation and removal more efficiently. If you see, smell, or just suspect mold because of recent water damage, call us today at (910) 755-6717 for an inspection and to get the remediation process started. SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus Counties is here to assist you.

A large manufacturing company located in Leland had a small dust fire that ignited just as their 2nd shift employees were finishing.  The maintenance staff tried to fight the fire with extinguishers to no avail.  The fire was significant enough that the sprinkler system throughout the facility discharged and the fire station responded.  The fire did a bit of damage to machinery and the structure, but left soot through at least a third of the operating floor.  The major damage resulted from the discharge of the sprinkler system.  The entire work floor(concrete) was covered with water.  The maintenance manager at the facility knew to call SERVPRO immediately.  SERVPRO of Brunswick & South Columbus Counties responded and began the clean-up and drying overnight as soon as the fire department cleared the scene.  With SERVPRO’s quick overnight response, the company was able to get a portion of the operating floor back up and running the very next day.

room filled with wet debris Safety First!

You wake up and walk into your bathroom to start the day.  As you step into the bathroom, your foot splashes down in about an inch of water.  As you turn on the light and see that water is everywhere in your bathroom, you see that the water is coming from underneath your sink and cabinet.  You quickly rush over to investigate more.  Opening the cabinet you see that a pipe has broken.  Luckily, it is above the shut-off valve.  You turn off the water immediately.  Your next thought is to try to clean up the water, but there is A LOT of WATER.  You know you need a plumber. Check.  Who can help with the water and whatever damage this water is or may do to the bathroom floor and cabinets?  That is where SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus Counties can help.

Every water damage event is a little different and requires a unique solution, but the general process stays the same. The steps listed below illustrate our process for the “typical” water damage emergency.

When you call us, our consultant will guide you through several questions that will help us respond to your water emergency more quickly and efficiently. This initial contact is an important part of a fast, effective restoration.

We carefully inspect your property’s water damage, determining the type of water damage and the areas affected. This is a crucial step to creating an effective plan of action that will result in a successful restoration.

The water removal process begins almost immediately and removes the majority of the water. We use powerful pumps and vacuum units to quickly remove hundreds or thousands of gallons from your property which helps prevent secondary water damage and mold growth.

After the bulk of the water has been removed, we use specialized equipment to target the water that’s harder to access. Our Professionals use less intrusive, scientific drying methods to draw the remaining water and moisture from your property with air movers and dehumidifiers.

We clean, repair, and disinfect all of the restorable items and structures that were damaged by the water. We are adept at cleaning contents using a number of techniques. We’re also trained to remove odors using industrial air scrubbers and fogging equipment.

The last step is restoring your home or business back to its pre-water damage condition. The restoration step can be relatively minor, such as replacing a few drywall panels or could include major reconstruction, such as rebuilding entire rooms of a home or business.

If you have had a broken pipe in your home or water damage from another source, SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus Counties can help.  Call us today, 910-755-6717!

Commercial Water Removal In Leland

10/31/2021 (Permalink)

Stacks of papers and books SERVPRO can help restore your business and even your vital documents.

Medical record keeping is doing its best to move to digital. Not everything is scan-able into an electronic document which means the process is only as fast as the slowest data entry technician. When records become soaked from a sprinkler system, failed plumbing, or another source of water, they cannot just be thrown out with the hope each patient has a complete copy of their history.

Commercial Water Removal for a Leland clinic or doctor's office only starts after the majority of the water has been pumped out. Two or three inches of standing water soaking the carpet is a problem, but drying out the contents of a filing cabinet means the difference between staying open or losing patients. Each SERVPRO franchise maintains an extensive equipment inventory to help ensure doctors and their patients keep their relationship intact. Our primary tools to lower humidity and dry records are two types of dehumidifiers: Refrigerant and Desiccant.

The refrigerant dehumidifier draws moisture from the air by forcing air flow through refrigerated coils. This action condenses moisture where it drains into a water tray, or a pump removes it from the room. This type of dehumidifier is preferred where the temperature is over 50 degrees Fahrenheit and the electrical power may be sporadic. It is more efficient on paper and highly porous surfaces such as carpets and drywall.

The desiccant dehumidifier is more productive than the refrigerant dehumidifier in colder climates (below 50 degrees). It lowers moisture levels by forcing air flow over silica gel. The gel surface attracts air vapor and captures it. Water condensed by this method is heated and vented outside of the structure. This type of humidifier is more efficient with dense materials such as hardwood floors and cabinets.

To ensure large numbers of records, the rooms, and storage cabinets used to store them are thoroughly dried, technicians use both types of dehumidifiers. Although the refrigerant is more preferred with paper records, both methods dry documents without damaging them. Protecting medical records from water damage is important to both doctor and client. SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus Counties has the experience and equipment to preserve every vital record in your clinic, office or storage site. If you need our services, contact us now at (910) 755-6717. We are here to help from start to finish.

Hurricane preparedness in Brunswick County

10/26/2021 (Permalink)

flooded streets Make sure to always be prepared for Hurricane season!

We are in Hurricane season in Southeast North Carolina.  To get yourself and your Brunswick County home prepared, below are some tips.

To prepare for a hurricane, you should take the following measures:

  • To begin preparing, you should build an emergency kit and make a family communications plan.
  • Know your surroundings.
  • Learn the elevation level of your property and whether the land is flood-prone. This will help you know how your property will be affected when storm surge or tidal flooding are forecasted.
  • Identify levees and dams in your area and determine whether they pose a hazard to you.
  • Learn community hurricane evacuation routes and how to find higher ground. Determine where you would go and how you would get there if you needed to evacuate.
  • Make plans to secure your property:
  • Cover all of your home’s windows. Permanent storm shutters offer the best protection for windows. A second option is to board up windows with 5/8” marine plywood, cut to fit and ready to install. Tape does not prevent windows from breaking.
  • Install straps or additional clips to securely fasten your roof to the frame structure. This will reduce roof damage.
  • Be sure trees and shrubs around your home are well trimmed so they are more wind resistant.
  • Clear loose and clogged rain gutters and downspouts.
  • Reinforce your garage doors; if wind enters a garage it can cause dangerous and expensive structural damage.
  • Plan to bring in all outdoor furniture, decorations, garbage cans and anything else that is not tied down.
  • Determine how and where to secure your boat.
  • Install a generator for emergencies.
  • If in a high-rise building, be prepared to take shelter on or below the 10th floor.
  • Consider building a safe room.

If you need help with a Water/Storm emergency call SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus Counties at 910-755-6717.

Remediating Water Damage in Ocean Isle Beach After a Storm

10/1/2021 (Permalink)

Roof damage from severe storm Damaged roofing or siding can allow a great quantity of water to enter your home. Contact SERVPRO right away for water removal after a storm.

Team SERVPRO Has the Experienced Technicians and Effective Equipment for Water Removal After a Storm

Making up part of the North Carolina coast, Ocean Isle Beach can take the brunt of any storm and come out the other end. That does not mean there is not cleanup or other restoration efforts required once the rain stops.

Much of the Ocean Isle Beach damage comes from a storm lifting or pulling siding and roofing tiles off the home and then water blows in behind or underneath them. SERVPRO understands that, unlike a basic flood, or a plumbing failure, this can mean water intrusion from the attic down to the sub-floor and crawlspace.

In this situation, our first action is to split the response team and handle two tasks at once; remove the water and protect the home. Technicians bring in a commercial-grade pump to draw out any standing water and then switch to extraction wands for smaller amounts. The reasons here are to remove the source of further damage to the home and allow floors, carpets, floor trim, and drywall to begin drying as quickly as possible.

As they remove the water, other SERVPRO team members secure the home against further damage from rain and other storm effects. These specialists board up broken windows and use either plastic sheeting or plywood panels to cover holes in the roof and other damage to the walls along the roofline. These same actions to reduce water damage also protect homes from secondary problems like animal intrusions, trespassing, and looting after a storm.

Once the water is gone and the home secure, our teams reduce the effects already caused by the storm. They start with an inspection of the attic insulation for water intrusion. If the insulation, rolled or blown-in, is soaked from the storm, technicians remove it and then use dehumidifiers and air movers to dry the attic completely before new insulation can be brought in to replace it.

Moving down into the house, specialists examine walls and ceiling panels. If water has soaked in, team members remove and dispose of them since drywall is cheaper to replace than spend the labor hours attempting to restore them. If needed, the team uses the same air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the framing and wall cavities before installing new panels.

These actions are only the first steps SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus takes to return every home to its original state after a storm. If you need us, call today at (910) 755-6717 to set up an inspection.

Mold Clean-up by SERVPRO in Brunswick County

8/16/2021 (Permalink)

mold on wall corner Let SERVPRO rid your home of mold

Mold is a problem that sneaks up on people and begins to destroy homes before many people are aware of it. Many times, they never see a colony until it has grown into the walls and cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars to remedy.

Before we begin an inspection or start wiping down walls, there are some questions one of our inspectors here at SERVPRO will ask you about your Brunswick County home, these answers can help us speed up the process to return your residence to its original state.

First, have you seen any mold and where is it? If you find black spots and streaks in your home, this is your visual sign that you have a fungi problem. It is where we'll start the inspection and begin using air quality meters to determine how contaminated the air has become.

Next, have you smelled a musty odor? Often the first sign of a mold infestation, but not every type of mold spores releases an odor. Visual inspection is still the best way to find it. If the odor is the only outward sign, then the next questions become vital.

Have you had recent water damage? If you have, this has raised the surrounding moisture level in the air and possibly the building material. A high moisture level is required for mold spores to expand and begin growing. They are inert and harmless otherwise.

Answering these questions helps our response team establish containment zones faster and prepare your home for mold remediation and removal more efficiently. If you see, smell or just suspect mold because of recent water damage, call us today at (910) 755-6717 for an inspection and to get the remediation process started. SERVPRO of Brunswick & South Columbus Counties is here to assist you.

Commercial Water removal in Southport

8/14/2021 (Permalink)

man walking in file room Files and records can be saved with the proper drying by SERVPRO.

Medical record keeping is doing its best to move to digital. Not everything is scannable into an electronic document which means the process is only as fast as the slowest data entry technician. When records become soaked from a sprinkler system, failed plumbing, or another source of water, they cannot just be thrown out with the hope each patient has a complete copy of their history.

Commercial Water Removal for a Southport clinic or doctor's office only starts after the majority of the water has been pumped out.

It lowers moisture levels by forcing airflow over silica gel.

SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus Counties has the experience and equipment to preserve every vital record in your clinic, office, or storage site. If you need our services, contact us now at (910) 755-6717. We are here to help from start to finish.

Resolving Mold Damage To Your Oak Island Home

11/3/2020 (Permalink)

Mold on drywall Finding mold in your Oak Island home might seem like a nightmare, but it does not have to be all that stressful, let SERVPRO help!

Resolving Mold Damage

Finding mold in your Oak Island home might seem like a nightmare, but it does not have to be all that stressful. While you might find the urge to try and battle the fungus yourself, there is a distinct reason that remediation specialists exist. If you happen to see (or even just smell) mold growing in your house, here is what you can do to take care of the problem quickly and efficiently.

First of all, you have to understand that mold damage can cause health effects, so it is best to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. You might be under the impression that many people just deal with the growth of colonies in moisture-ridden basements or other common areas of their house, this simply is not the case. Others are under the assumption that home remedies can deal with mold damage to Oak Island homes, but this would also be inaccurate.

Our SERVPRO remediation specialists are well equipped to deal with the removal of mold colonies that have seated themselves in your home. The process is thorough and intricate, as not allowing the colonies to form elsewhere or spread is a paramount priority. Preventing the spread is part of the problem with attempting to remove the mold on your own, as many do not remove the entire organism (or hyphae) from the material where it is rooted. While the surface mold might no longer be visible, the process did not remove the whole colony.

To prevent the spread of spores, your circulatory systems such as air conditioning or heat pumps get shut down until the colony removal is complete. Negative air chambers are employed to neutralize spores present around the growing fungus to prevent it spreading and growing elsewhere. Simultaneously, dehumidifying machines are pulling moisture from the air which will remove the conditions necessary for new colonies to form.

Our IICRC Certified SERVPRO technicians will deeply clean all of the affected areas to eradicate present colonies. Assessing the source of the moisture in the room will provide you with a lasting solution to prevent this issue from repeating.

Mold in your home might be familiar, but getting rid of it can be a tricky task. Our professional staff can help you through this process and restore your home. Give SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus Counties a call anytime at (910) 755-6717.

Quality HVAC Cleaning Services in Brunswick County

Count on SERVPRO to Keep Your Ducts Sanitary with a Cleaning Service

A proper HVAC cleaning can remove a tremendous amount of harmful materials such as dirt, pollen, dust, and debris that build up in your ventilation system over time.

Clogged ventilation systems in your Brunswick area home make HVAC cleaning methods necessary to provide you with a quality indoor environment. These cleaning methods are critical for restoring system efficiency and reducing related energy costs.

The installation of most HVAC ducting or trunk lines happens inside of your ceiling, attic areas, or crawl spaces that make access difficult. However, cleaning of regular sheet metal ducting are usually possible.

When it comes to coated fiberboard and flex ducting, replacement becomes necessary to avoid spreading gray or black water contaminants throughout the home. The type of material on the inside of the duct system becomes a critical factor in restoration.

If your ducting contains fiberglass insulation and is left unused for extended lengths of time, mold and mildew may be present, which requires replacement of the fiberglass lining due to related health issues. If not a significant amount is found, we can try fogging with antifungal agents and check the results.

SERVPRO technicians use a variety of tools and equipment to perform an inspection and perform HVAC cleaning properly. Dust scopes provide technicians with an inexpensive way to show customers before, and after results of a service, while inspection and air washing systems help reach tight spaces and locate damages.

SERVPRO technicians use special personal protective equipment such as coveralls with hood and boot options, full-face HEPA filtered respirators and gloves. These items help protect technicians throughout the cleaning process and maintain a safe, quality environment for you and your family.

Airless sprayers and foggers provide SERVPRO technicians with a solid method for applying antimicrobial coatings and disinfectants to surfaces and air duct systems found in any size ventilation system. Spray Foggers apply sanitizers and deodorizers, while airless sprayers apply coatings. Coating spray systems and mini cart spray systems used in combination with a pressure washer help apply coatings and disinfectants in various ways.

Industrial-grade HEPA filtered wet-dry vacuums assist with the removal of dust and debris building up throughout your ventilation system, while dryer vent cleaning equipment allows technicians with higher quality attachments and tools necessary to clean all types of dryer vent systems and duct work. All HVAC filters are also changed out during the service.

Contact SERVPRO of Brunswick and S. Columbus Cos. for access to expertly trained technicians and quality services that help improve your indoor air quality today. (910) 755-6717.
