Water damage leads to mold discovery

A burst pipe in a master bathroom caused extensive water damage in bathroom and bedroom. The before photo illustrates where SERVPRO had to pull the affected carpet back in order to dry the wet subfloor. Once the carpet was pulled back, a small amount of mold was discovered on the subfloor. In addition to drying the floors, the mold was cleaned and disinfected. In the after photo, carpet is replaced and floors are dry.
